“Defending Singapore - The 6 Defences” is the definitive National Education tour which covers all 6 pillars of Total Defence in a holistic manner, to give participants an overview of all the key points and messages. Participants will be able to deep-dive into important sites and locations for deeper learning. Areas covered – Former Ford Factory, Labrador Park, Civilian Memorial, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Sri Mariamman Temple, Jamae Chulai Mosque, Central Business District, HDB Gallery, Heritage Gallery Film Clips – SAF State of Preparedness, Konfrontasi, Ethnic Integration Policy, Cyber-security threats, LKY Rainbow Clip Specific Learning Points • Singapore’s need for Total Defence • 6 Pillars of Total Defence • Changing nature of external and internal threats • Every Singaporean has a role to play
